Glad they stood up for what was right. Mercedes deserves to be stuck up for. His grandpa deserves something else entirely. (Karma will get him.)

So I just read through this entire series today, well done! But I thought Mercedes mom was going to call her dad for a way to help the Evans family out or something. Is there going to be a sequel to this?

I forgot I still left allusions to that in there D: I had a cheesy saves-the-day ending but didn't like it. Maybe there should be.
