Hi,
I've had some enquires about applications emailed to me that have not been processed - which has led me to believe I have not been receiving emails.
I think I've solved the problem with this email today but if you have sent an email to the A-K TV address and I have not replied could you forward it to me, please, and add to the subject line "RESENDING" so I know this is an old application you're having to resend to me.
When you do this also leave me a message to this post so I can check against it that I have actually received AND actioned everyones enquiry (JUST in case the email issue hasn't been solved).
I apologise for the extra time this will take you and the delay - I'll be looking to action all your emails ASAP.
