Ikea on a Monday - 20th July

Monday is usually a good day for Ikea at Lakeside as its the least busy day, so Dad and i went there so I could buy the chairs I'd been after

First day of the holidays we took N to Legoland ... to be fair, Ikea can be quite good fun with kids, but it's not really 'first day of the holidays' material. :D

Do you know, I've never been to Legoland and always wanted to, think my sister and i will be taking Edward (my nephew, her son) there when he's a bit older so that we finally get to go!!!

Must admit, never thought of Ikea as fun for kids but they seem to have fun.....

It's good from 1m tall upwards, regardless of age, provided a child is okay with rides. Actually quite a lot to do apart from rides, but you wouldn't want to pay those prices for just those things. :)
