After the fire, things have not really calmed down. Basically, the cause of the fire is still unknown. 40,000+ costumes destroyed. Damage estimates at over $500,000. The only building left standing was the front office area. Everything else is gone. The bright side: There was insurance. There was insurance on the building and also for its contents

I can't believe they won't give your mother the autopsy reports. She's family.

It's been crazy. I don't think they have heard anything about the cause of the fire yet either...

It's just legal crap. She has to prove she's family, I guess. I'm not really happy about and neither was my mom.
