Yesterday was powerful. I'm not really sure how else to describe it. I have been shaken, and had to reflect overnight to really settle myself enough to write about it

I know what you mean about feeling shaken. I did face painting for a Christmas party at Children's Hospital, oncology ward a few years ago and I cried for a week afterward.
