I have to hold a persuasive speech and all I want to persuade people of is: "Character A and Character B in Fandom XYZ are obviously canonically gay for each other. DO YOU WANT PROOF?"

Mostly for X-Men: First Class. I do not think my speech class would react well.

It's Magneto/Prof. X, actually but I'm sure I could work something out for Wolverine/Cyclops.

Except that any slash pairing involving Wolverine makes me giggle uncontrollably because I have a comic-book-loving, non-slash friend (who hates Robin because he gays up Batman, okay?) who worships Wolverine and I just have to imagine his face all the time.

It would be so funny.
