The parameters for the facebook adds are set by the advertisers themselves. They have this checklist on which they can specify who they want to target. It's really creppy actually because they can be super specific and detailed. :S

Like, in a "OMG I know I had an awesome time last night, I just don't remember it" way, or "OMG I had to spend the night in jail because someone stole my wallet and no one was home when I called, and there was a guy named Big John in my cell who wanted to get to know me better" kind of way? ;)

Some of the details of the evening are pretty fuzzy.....and my evening started at around 2pm and went to 3am. I don't believe my liver knew I could give it that much punishment in one day.....well 3 days if you count the two before.
