I confess to being much more of a Joel girl than a Mike one, although both were freaking hilarious. I only got up to collecting Vol. 6 on DVD, but I have dozens on VHS. I'm thinking about going through them all now that I've got a taste for it again!
I think Jack Frost, Egah!, Soultaker, Mitchell and Manos are my favorites. Of course, the list changes every time I watch them. *G*
I actually like Mike more than Joel, though not in his first season. He just took a little time to grow into it. I actually did at one time possess every episode that ever aired, and MST3K recordings are the oldest things I have on home VHS. Manos is obviously a classic, and I am right there with you on Jack Frost and Soultaker. Oh my god, and The Undead needs to be on my list. And that damn Canadian film with Rowsdower!
OMG the elusive The Final Sacrifice! I have a friend who's been trying to get a hold of a decent copy of that for years. He's far more obsessive about MST than I am.
