today was my last court date. after 3 months of coming and going, i finally plead guilty to charge HS11377(A), possession of a controlled substance. my plea was for the 'drug diversion' program PC1000. the judge approved my request. i signed to all my rights, and agreed that i understood. on october 4th i must return back to court with proof of my enrollment in PC1000. failure to show up to court, to pass a drug test, or to violate any law within the 6 month diversion course, AND the 12 months fallowing that will automatically result in serving my original sentence; 3-5 years in prison.
do you remember when you just didn’t feel like going to school, so you told your mom or dad that you were too 'sick' to go and they would just call the school and you'd get off the hook?
