I've had a kidney stone for years (in my lower left quadrant), which means pain occasionally occurs in my back, a few inches up from my waist. If that's where the pain is - maybe? But if not... :)

Be careful this weekend. Don't do anything (overly) stupid. :)

Yeah, nowhere near my back. It's all around the bottom right-side rib.

I honestly think that the tests showed nothing relating to the reason I went in, but just happened to catch the cyst, which is now resulting in the doctor heading down a path that has nothing to do with the original complaint.

Yeah, that was a pretty obvious deflection. Anyone who'd choose to leave the house at 7pm to go learn about contitutional law isn't exactly right in the head either!
