I just joined customers suck and haven't been approved yet but wanted to say I am on your side on the Bottlegate affair. I don't think you should have to compromise your integrity or sell out for the hope of a few extra bits in a tip, especially from anyone who would demand that you "clean that up!" (drops of beer on a table. Which I have been known to always clean up myself, I'm not disabled so I take care of my own messes.) I don't think it was right for people to tell you you should have sucked it up for a bigger tip because that's putting a few dimes over your self respect, and self respect is hard to come by and retain in this society. Good for you for not backing down.
