Ohhhhh man that sucks. D: Hope that gets sorted out nice and fast.
I don't even care how bad it is, I wanna see New Moon! I have no one to see it with! ;_;! I'll probably wind up going alone, which isn't a big deal, but good god I would love to see it with someone who loves the series as ironically and unironically as I do. And also Kristen Stewart. I really just want to see it for her. KSTEW *___*
I wish you were around here, or I were there! :( I love Twilight both ironically AND unironically, too. /o\ And my love for Kristen Stewart is passionate. Go see it and text me the whole time!
Such a bad movie! The script wasn't abysmal, but dear Lord was that some awful directorin'.
Ugh, me too. T-mobile has been an amazing to me in terms of customer service over the years, but the phone insurance is through a third party, so, we'll see.
Exactly! I wasn't in the fandom, but I have long adored him and was still pleasantly surprised by the album! God, do want forever.
That was the general consensus at Dead Grandpa Day, that it was a miracle I didn't flush the damn thing. I say it's a miracle that I didn't drop it into a DIRTY toilet.
I actually feel pretty bad for every actor in that whole movie, because it was pretty clear that Weitz had no idea what the fuck to do with that script. It was a major bonerkiller after the first movie, because I actually really liked the cinematography and score. The random-ass indiefuck nonsense for New Moon was a total downgrade. The two moments that pissed me off the most were 1) when Sam Uley took his dive off the cliff -- that should've been a gorgeous shot, and it was really hideous and 2) when Jacob jumped out of Bella's window -- the point was to show off how inhumanly agile and strong he is, and the way that shot was constructed, you didn't get a clear view of how impressive his jump was.
HALLELUJAH. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought Weitz was an awful director. It pleases me that we're in sync about our movie thoughts! ♥ ♥
I'm sorry you dropped your phone, though. My sister accidentally upended an entire bottle of water on my phone last month and I was so upset. I hope you can get it fixed, babe.

I hope the replacement process goes quickly and smoothly!
Also,
I will point out that Chris Weitz is possibly the worst director ever, and that Taylor Lautner was really fucking hot.
This is basically all that needs to be said about New Moon.

But, you know, half-naked jailbait, so. \o/
