Still trying to get used to the new lil' tablet Bo bought me for Christmas. I think I'll still need to make some adjustments (and I'm spoiled by my large tablet, so downsizing is a challenge). Doodling last night produced this image:

OC3 won't even /install/ in Vista, which sucks. However, Painter X works fine, and well, I decided to just toss OC4 out the window so you can have my code if you want :P (It also works fine with Vista)

If you don't want OC4, I'd be willing to give it a shot on the laptop! Now Painter, there's a program I haven't played with in almost a decade.

I'm still getting the hang of it, painter that is.... I just don't know aobut OC4, it's like a completely different program. It'slike they overcomplicated the brushes >D

Yeah, that's one of the beauties of OC is that it's simply elegant. It's a shame they messed with the formula :/

What's the brand of the new and old tablet? And why the downsize - just desk space at a premium? Or just because?

It's a WACOM. Bo found it was a mapping problem and has since fixed it. We downsized for the laptop so it's more portable (so I could take it to conventions with me). Space is at a real premium there.
