My weird hobbies

So, a few weeks ago, I got this itch to try out shrinkydinks (something with which I haven't worked in years). I figured I could make cute cellphone dangles and keychains or other charms from them to sell at cons. Each takes a long time to make, so they'd pretty much all be one of a kind things. Still, they turn out so cool, I couldn't help but ( Read more... )

art, bleach, chibi

It's so much fun to play with these! Come over! We'll bake up chibi weirdness all night!

We could have an Itachi and Kisame puppet show.

I think that'd be adorable!

I found packs of it really cheap online, but I'm sure you could find these shrinkydink refill kits from Klutz at many craft stores.

You could so sell those at anime cons. I know for a fact that a friend of mine would buy that Renji. He's a loony fanboy. >3

I'm hoping it's something that people will have interest in. Of course I'll have to perfect the products, but I think I may be on to something.

Knick-knacks always seem to sell well, even if art doesn't! Especially if it's chibi waiwaidanglies, pins, or buttons.

I've seen people selling the laminates or stickers. I don't know if many have done shrinky dinks for any number of products.
