A question raised by the title of this article in by Time (also posed by the AP/Yahoo hereI find it dubious that Police forces around the country are trying to claim this violates wiretap laws, in which a conversation would have to be considered “private” in order to qualify, when the Supreme Court has found that people detained by the police
