Well i'm coming to realize that choosing to be straight-edge also means choosing to be let down, and disappointed. Being straight-edge is like a means to Isolation, it's almost like your purposefully setting yourself aside from your own friends, and it gets lonely after a while when you realize that your not like 98% of your friends and then you ( Read more... )

what about drunk husbands that beat their wifes and kids?

i saw a guy on tv threatening to drop his 12 month old from a fourth story window because he didn't have any beer, am i not better than him? look at what alcohol does to people.

and if you generalize me with the sxe'rs that beat people up. then i suppose that i could generalize you with people that blow smoke in my face. or smokers that give me crap for being sxe.

don't you really think that a smoker has never beaten up a sxe'r?

well my name was in there. so i was obviously involved. and you really don't know the isolation. and i really don't think that you could do it.

by the way. soda and chips don't eat away at your muscles or your brain

and..."the only reason i chose to start drinking is because i didn't think it fit me not to."

that proves that you couldn't be sxe.

i could always "be" sxe and all it would be saying is that i wasn't being myself. it's not like i can't do it.

so basically what you are saying here is that you are not you without alcohol? that shows that you could NEVER do it.
