What is the context? Do you know what a 401k is?

In relation to benfits of having a job, like health or dental. It's all cnfusing to me as we have the NHS and dont really have things like that to make a job 'better'-it's a shame!!

the 401k is an american retirement savings plan, similar to the canadian RSP.
