I have stolen this idea from Ginnyhermione as I thought it was a great one, and well, I love lists!! Here you will find all of the movies I have seen this year, with their IMDB links.
Wow, you've been busy this week! I need to catch up, because I've only seen ... one so far. :P
I decided to do this yesterday, before I'd even seen ginnyhermione's post, because I've tried to keep track of what I see in other ways (like saving movie tickets) but I never stick with it.
I may have watched them all apart from The Return in one day!! *hides* It's a great idea, isn't it? I bet you'll have a bigger and faaaaar more impressive list than me though :D Another of my flist is doing it with tv show episodes too and although I really want to do that, due to being a complete list freak, I'm not sure I want to be bothered with updating for every single day when I watch Stargate episodes!
Ssssh, I don't know if it is out here yet! It was ok, a bit childish but it has made me want to get on and read the books that are currently stacked up on my stairs!! The librarian at school was selling very old copies off cheaply and let me have them for free :D
Have fun with your list! Just remember to do it right after you watch a movie or you'll forget. There were times last year when I almost did forget, LOL.
The Matrix and V for Vendetta are awesome! 10 Things I Hate About You is one of my favorite movies haha.
If I may ask...what did you think of Hard Candy? Most people I know that saw it either love or hate it (I'm not a big fan myself.)
I'm also not sure why, but I found Pi really disturbing. That director also did Requiem for a Dream, which is another one of my "favorites." (I'm not sure if you've seen it or not...so sorry if you did) :)
I found Hard Candy to be very disturbing! I suppose I was most disturbed by the fact that I wanted the guy to be in a great deal of pain for a very long time!! LOL Requiem for a Dream is very strange too, but is a must because of Jared :D Pi - so fucking bizarre!!
*squee!!* Okay so Requiem/Jared: 1) How hot is he in that movie and 2) How GREAT is he?! The whole cast is awesome..Jennifer Connelly(sp?) and Ellen Burstyn..the one Wayans brother lol. It's definitely strange. Have you ever read the book by Hubert Selby Jr.? It's one of the best film/book adaptations, I think.
Haven't read it, no, it's not really the type of thing that I would choose to read. I tend to only really read fantasy and scifi and science geeky stuff but I'll go see any film really :D
