I can barely believe this got aired. Though I especially appreciate the use of "Slime" and Bush as "The worst president since Buchanan"

It's MSNBC's "Special Comment" on the Clinton interview on Fox News, you've seen that one, right? Anyway it starts off pretty damn vitriolic about the poorness of the interview, he calls Fox's guy a monkey (literally), then minutes later you're swimming neck-deep in anti-bush flavoured bile.

And it was broadcast on American NETWORK television. Brilliant.

to be fair, they're not as rampant with flag fever as the days post-9/11. So this kind of thing being spieled now doesn't surprise me

True enough, though I still didn't expect an NBC news program to say "this presidency is worse for the country than Al-Qaeda" And calling blatantly Fox Tv's interviewers lower primates is just not what you'd expect in any case.
