Wow, someone I have no idea who you are but, here you go
Pre heat over 325
Prepare shortbread mold, or glass round pie pan with Crisco Butter spray.
1 cup of butter softened (I use unsalted)
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
Beat butter until very light and fluffy, cream in egg/vanilla/almond/cinnamon and gradually add the sugar in.
Blend in flour. Knead dough on lightly powered sugar board. Press into mold or into glass pan.
With fork, edge the shortbread with fork edging. Sprinkle with Cinnamon.
Variations for Sprinkles, - Colored Sprinkles, for a tangy flavor, nutmeg for a holiday flavor, crushed peppermint.
Cook for 45 minutes
Let cool for an hour
Take out of mold cut as desire.
