I just feel centered there, as cheesy as it sounds.

I actually think I understand what you mean. I live in Cincinnati, which is about 3 hours from my nearest family, but I just knew the first time I visited that it felt 'right'. I've been here 10 years now and still feel like this is where I was meant to be.

In fact, I read today in the Radio Times that Jack "gets a welcome unlike any other Who companion" and my first thought was "I hope it involves sex..."

Personally, I'd love to watch the Doctor travel about time and space just with Jack
DITTO! There needs to be lots more of Jack in the Tardis. Though I won't count out Martha just yet. Sometimes trailers can be misleading. I'd like to see how she is before I pass judgments. Just so long as she's not a complete Rose rip off I think she could do well.
