I like the way the tension in this fic isn't as angsty as is it is... realistic. You'd be worn-out and cranky and no matter how much you love someone, after you've crossed into parallel universes to be with the man you love, only to be sent home with some weird version of him that's not quite him... you'd be a bit disgruntled. Maybe not "woe is me", but more... "Why can't anything be simple?"

Anyway. I'm intrigued by this beginning. I can't wait for more! Cheers ears!

I seriously think they all need to go have a bit of a lie-down before they attempt to be coherent with one another. Saving the world is exhausting business! They've been awake and running around for how long now? I get cranky at the end of just a normal day sitting in an office, and I don't even have to deal with a strange same-but-different clone of my husband when I get home.

This looks like it's gonna be really good. The tension between them is very realistic. I like how it's not all 'OMG it's the end of the world' and neither is it all sunshine and puppys. Yeah I"m gonna like this.

I'm glad that people are catching that I'm going for a realistic sort of interpersonal vibe here. I mean, as realistic as you can get with a half-human-half-Time-Lord clone and his dimension-hopping Alternate-Universe-living lady.
