Heh :) So I guess Crede has a bit of a prejudice against Elpis too, huh? Interested to see how that plays out. But I think the Doctor just got them on the same side.

You know I love this story. I particularly loved the montage-y scene about the Doctor seeing things before they happened. It was a great insight into the way his mind works.

I totes have a new 'ship.

the Doctor had a fleeting notion that perhaps the boy had just now realised what life with him was like and had opted to flee instead.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA. One could hardly blame him.

So this disturbance that Elpis can sense ... I initially thought she was sensing the presence of the Doctor. He certainly would qualify as trouble. It took me a minute to get back on track and realize what it must be.

Elpis seems very poised for someone who has just been severely beaten. She even retains her sense of humor!

Interesting that Crede is reluctant to touch her -- is that his anti-non-human prejudice?

I am very interested to see what happens next!
