A few people asked about specifics on the shooting locations, so I made this pdf with addresses of shooting locations in London which are pretty easy to find. I didn't ad pictures, but the descriptions should suffice :-)
I think sherlockology.com have a few more, including pictures and things, so do check there before embarking on your Sherlock tour
