Still with me?  Jolly good!  Moving swiftly on, because I'm out of the country for a few days so won't be watching again until the weekend:(  Today is the fourth DVD of the first set, starting with:

Stake OutLoads to like in this episode, especially Bodie being so handsy *g*.  His hand is on Doyle's arm when they are leaning side by side, he slaps ( Read more... )

ROGUE- now the cream trousers are the first thing that springs to my mind closely followed by the way Doyle jumps up in the corridor and grabs hold of bodies hand - quite a touching moment and in STAKE OUT - that's a killer omg 30p for two cokes I wish.

Yes, the closeness is quite touching :) It's a great episode despite Barry Martin!

Now I'd rather watch Klansmen than Stakeout any day. Stakeout makes me feel claustrophobic, being all filmed indoors in the same place, mostly. There is something oppressive about the lighting, it almost smells stuffy... (sorry, I'm rambling).

And ugh Barry Martin, but at least he is an effective villain - no sympathy for that character.

I will wait impatiently now for the next episodes on your return :-)

I know what you mean - that bowling alley feels dirty. But BM - yes, an effective villain, and I understand his motivation as well - but how can he possibly still be an effective trainer? He's just plain slow! Bring on the lovely Macklin, that's what I say *g*

I might just possibly be able to squeeze another review in before I go, if I work like a mad thing today.

Will I be condemned to hell for saying that Barry Martin reminds me of Robert Preston?
Although there were no cream-colored trousers in The Music Man. No, siree; that is something I would have remembered. :D

I have this thing inside pulling at me to do a vid! Even though I'm not sure I have the software. This would require some watching, too... so I'm following your posts (although you're looking for something different).

If I remember correctly (and I watched it within the past couple of months), there's a Nigel Tuffnell lookalike in the supremacist crowd in Klansmen. That gives the whole episode a different flavor, LOL.

Hmmm, Robert Preston, eh? Are you saying you want to see him in cream trousers? *g*

Oh, pleeaassseee do a vid! That would be grand!

I think your Nigel Tuffnell lookalike might just be my mullet. If only I could do screen caps, we could check. Ah, well, I'll just have to go back and watch it again!

There's still the Caledonian Sleeper (First ScotRail). I took it from Glasgow to Euston on my last holiday, although I had to make do with a seat, couldn't get a berth!

You have just added something to my wishlist. I want to go to Glasgow in a berth on the Caledonian Sleeper!

You can go to Inverness or Edinburgh or Aberdeen as well . If it weren't for visiting with friends in Glasgow, I would probably have chosen Aberdeen.

Edinburgh it is, then. Although I have family in Glasgow... perhaps I just won't tell them *g*

Thank you for this!

Hee! Stakeout and Rogue! My favorite episodes they are!!! Yes, the grab and fondle, your choice of words are very correct!!! :))) When I saw it, I was squeed! I understand Bodie has to stop frantic Doyle with his power, but isn't it bit much!? I love the way Bodie took, though;-)

And Rogue! Really love the ep!! This is one of my most favorite episodes!! Those trousers, touch and closeness at the hospital. Lovely!!!

Ah yes, I think we agree on all those wonderful moments! I think I'll go back and watch them again, once I have finished this run through *g*
