Rewatching all the episodes #2

Okay, onto the second DVD in my quest for Cowley's keys!  I've been itching to get back to this but honestly, some folk can be very unreasonable.  There have been demands on my time from work (who do they think they are??) and people who seem to want clean clothes, food on the table and taxi services.  Do they not all understand my project?

You keep reminding me how much I liked first season - and how good it was. Must d a re-watch myself.

It's funny, because I tend to skip over the first season. If I suddenly decide to watch Pros, I rarely chose an ep from the beginning, and yet some of these are highly enjoyable. I'd forgotten how good some of the banter is, for example.

Well I'm following your lead here and watching every episode in order for research purposes (who am I kidding) and I'm up to close quarters, and I'm trying to be more observant I really am well I'm giving it my best shot but things are beginning to get neglected in the house - for instance last night I was watching an episode and then I was meant to do the washing up so when it had finished I thought to myself right washing up or another hour with bodie no contest really , the next thing Its nine o'clock and there's a sink full of dishes still waiting but you,re correct in what you say people don't understand watching the professionals is essential, infact its a must well its a must for me anyway.

I forget how much fun the early eps are - there's a lot of handling goes on, one way or another. *g* Though Private Madness always irritates me for some reason, though I've no idea why when there's so much to like, plus wet lads!

Yes, considering all the scuttlebutt about them not getting on at the start, they are remarkably handsy *g*

I don't go back and watch many of the early eps because I find them quite clunky, somehow - and then when I do watch them I am delighted anew by the banter and the touching!

I should just point out that Biggs is probably on safe ground with his can of beer: after all, you don't want to drink the water when there's drugs in the reservoir. I call that very good anticipation, myself.

I don't remember Paula at all - time to watch Female Factor again.

Ah, good point about Biggs, I hadn't thought of that!

Paula looks to me like a girl who can look after herself, and is obviously someone who is capable of putting on her make-up in a power cut *g*

Hmm, it occurs to me that you might consider gathering all your posts together in one place when you've gone through the lot - you're noticing all these Very Good Things, you see, and it's good to have a quick reference to the important aspects of the eps! I never noticed that aspect of the drink-in-the-face scene, for example (too busy remembering Bodie's face ... *g*). And then you could put up a link to the whole set, for a research resource, like. Maybe? Hmmmmmm??? Pretty please?

Erm... that sounds a bit - organised? formal? official? I can do if you think it's worthwhile - but my observations are only what strike me as funny or confusing at the time. Although, other people chip in with great info, so that's probably worth recording :)

Oh, it just that I think your comments are so much fun! And you notice things people perhaps hadn't noticed, or had forgotten ... I keep forgetting which moments or bits of banter came from which eps - things like that. Like, which ep is it where Doyle says "don't you talk to any strange men" - things like that :-) My memory is just that bad!

Doesn't have to be formal or official or anything. If you did happen to feel like copy-pasting it all into one place at the end, that's all really. Anyway, I'm enjoying your posts!
