I just realised the other day - there's something awfully familiar about a story I've been reading. See if you can guess which one it is.

Actually, if the story has a Tin Man, it's Baron Wulfenbach. There's been heavy hinting that he died and was brought back as a construct, and his method of rule is heartlessly efficient. What if the Tin Man hadn't rusted, but instead decided he needed to kill all the witches and wizards in order to save Oz from itself?

Of course, if you really want an Oz-inspired webcomic centering on mad science, that's what Skin Horse is for.
