Read the Dresden Files books 4-7. Interesting to note that the main character has picked up quite a few close allies in the course of the series, to the point where it's not just him against the world

And it'd be interesting to see Harry as pretty much the one wizard able to handle and interact with modern technology. He could bring tech to problems in the supernatural community, and would have less of a problem using magic in the mundane community
