Intriguing. I was sceptical at first - I mean, yoghurt is all well and good, but what about the lactose intolerant diabetics (like me)? However. after reading the whole article, I think this shows promise - particularly when the last paragraph mentions using the same bacteria to fix lactose intolerance. That alone would be genius - using a dairy product to treat lactose intolerance!
