a not-uninteresting amount. is there any amount that would be considered uninteresting? I, for one, am interested by any quantity of barbecued meat in one's refrigerator.

Well, anything up to a single noshing session's worth might be uninteresting, seeing as how it would be gone before much of an impression could be made :)
