Laptop buying

Not that I only ever post when I want something but...

A relative is buying a laptop in Perth. For various reasons it would be best for them to buy from a physical store. I don't know what brand they'll be buying yet. Any recommendations for stores?

That is actually quite a good suggestion for brand (although the decision is of course not up to me). Is the Apple store the best option?

if they're after a non-apple I always recommend Cybershop in Northbridge (www.cybershop.com.au) as a pretty decent place :) (and Toshiba or Sony)
