running huzzah

I usually run time not distance. The bike trail has mile markers but I usually just run at home and I don't like going to the trail alone. Tonight I went to the industrial park, then drove the distance. 2 miles altogether, walking and running, and slightly more than the last half mile running. I was pretty pleased! oh i would love to run. but even more than that, i would love to be able to go mountain climbing again. i really need to work on that. :)

Mountain climbing! Wow. We have no mountains nearby. I sort of trekked up a very reasonable but still rather steep mountainside when we went to North Carolina earlier this year. It was tough! We rode horse in the mountains, too, which was a lot of work for them, not us, but fun.

well, we have the alps, just an hour away, and i used to love mountain climbing, well, it is hiking with a few parts where you climb with iron wires as handles, but i couldn't do that right now as i still have some health issues i need to sort out first. :)
