Not at all familiar with this, but seeing the words you used before I saw any of the graphics, the first thing that popped into my head were from the rather short-lived Chappelle Show where he had Wayne Brady (best known for me from his work on "Whose Line is it Anyway?") as his guest.

Brandy plays the extra-gangsta black guy (totally out of character for him), stops to check on his ho's, finds one hasn't made enough money, and says the immortal words that echo around the internets to this day: "Wayne Brady gonna haveta choke a bitch?"

Apparently, Brady the actor pretty much had to be coerced into doing the skit. He was afraid his fans would hate him and his career would fall apart, but I think he actually became more popular.
