Both Breuer and Holder worked for the law firm, Covington & Burling, which represented Haliburton, GE, BOA, Morgan Stanley, and most significantly, Goldman-Sachs, (I believe, but I cannot find that via WikiPedia). I don't know the extent of their roles there. Through the fog of my CFS, I cannot remember much more I heard about him today, maybe it was here:

David Sirota truly rocks - one of the best. But, it's a sad commentary that people only start paying attention when a serious issue finally gets to Frontline, and by that time it's very late in the game - and thence, often, that is the exposure's only "15 minutes" of fame it ever gets...
