Ganked it from the Home Page of HuffPo a few days ago...and now it's gone. =P

But there's a Krugman piece from a few weeks back lurking somewhere on here and my LJ that's got the same chart, or at least one with the same stats.

Bad graph. I know it's a deficit, but putting the Y axis in the negative makes the visual rather counterintuitive.
