Here in Mass. Chapter 13 (which mean you're just throwing in the towel, not trying to restructure) were up 51% for June...

I assume that was year-over-year, yes? (which is plenty bad enough) ... if you tell me that was month-over-month, seasonally-adjusted.. well.. I would be speechless. Which is it?
