Kinokuniya! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy! Oh it is the bestest bookshop in the whole world, I love it so much. I'm so glad you have one close to you now too! Everybody should have a Kino. Well, everyone who deserves one. *nods* :p

I hope you post about the classic movies you see at the theatre. I'm so jealous. The only one I know of that plays old movies and very rarely is right on the other side of the bridge which, you know, I never venture over cause it's evil that side of that bridge. :p

Have you finished the 365 Days Of Song thingo? *puzzled* Maybe you finished it while I was away from LJ ... :(

I'm glad you posted today (and commented on Bookface too) ... makes me a little connected to kindred people across the world. :)

I was soooo relieved when I realized Little Tokyo has a Kinokuniya. I have a little manga oasis in LA! \o/

I had the opportunity to see a couple of newer movies at those theaters (Jurassic Park triple feature and Kenneth Branagh's Much Ado About Nothing and A Midwinter's Tale) but haven't been able to see any old movies yet because they always happened on a weekend when I had lots of homework! But I'm sure I'll get to see one soon. :)

Oh my goodness, I finished the song meme back in January! You can look at my tags if you want to go back and wade through my mp3s, lol

I'm glad you're posting more often too...remember when you had that unannounced LJ hiatus and I thought you were dead? LMAO

OMG I love that section...I found an amazing book called Pattern Magic there and had to snatch it up. It is FULL OF AWESOME THINGS. :D Still looking for volume 2...

I haven't seen those exact fashion sketch books, but I've seen very similar larger ones from the same brand. I'm sure I'll get one at some point...at the time I saw them, I was in fashion sketching class and felt like it would be cheating, haha!

Oh yes, I thought you were dead. I suddenly realized one day that I hadn't seen a post from you in a while, and I checked your LJ and saw that it had been a whole month since you updated...and I thought, "Oh my god, she used to update every friggin' day! SHE'S LYING IN A DITCH SOMEWHERE, I KNOW IT." And then the very next day you updated and I felt quite sheepish. :P
