I can see how it could be easy to get marked down in that class...everything about the homework is so anal retentive! :/ "No streaky paint! Perfect squares! Erase all signs of rubber cement!" Gaaaaaahhhh

I will sit through your English class if you want, that Psychology and History were the only classes I enjoyed going to in college.

It was such a disappointment, too, because English class was the only class (other than choir) that I loved in high school. So yeah. I'm glad this one is up to par!

Also, glad to hear classes are going well for you! Is it hard having 5 classes? The AAU only requires 3 as a full load and sometimes I think that's too much and wonder how I made it through high school with 5-7 classes a *day*.

I am somewhat jealous in that you get to be painting - I'm in art school for film and all I really want to do is paint and play with colors. I'm weird. Probably would not be so appealing if I was required to do it, though.

It's hard to say...it's been a loooong time since I've had this much homework, but I wouldn't necessarily say it's "hard." But then again, it's only week 3. By finals week I might be ready to commit seppuku.

I wish I were doing the "fun" kind of painting...color & design theory basically requires you to make your own paint chips, so you're just working with squares & rectangles of solid colors and spending forever mixing said colors to that they look "right." I'm having a lot more fun working with the Prismacolor markers & pencils in Fashion Sketching. :)
