I'm dumb and didn't make myself a Halloween costume this year....AGAIN. Geesh, I've been wearing my Nightmare Before Christmas costume since 2005. I need to fix this

Here's the burning question about a Mary Poppins costume: do I make an exact replica from the movie, or do I make the costume more historically accurate? The movie took fashion from 1910 and made the blouses look rather 50s. o.o

A friend of a friend is putting on blue scrubs and sticking cotton balls on her outfit. When people ask her what she is, she's going to squirt them with a water, and say, "I'm a rain cloud."
