WOW. that sounds amazing.

in korea, the closest i have come to that is sampling a wide variety of raw fish. including some that was still moving.

not so much fun.

I've had raw salmon and tuna...but I don't think I'd be okay with eating something that was still moving.

Oh my god Jen....that sounds soooo good. Hot Peppers though? I would never have thought of combingin chocolate and hot peppers. Is this common in Italy or were there chocolate styles from around the world?

Hot peppers appear to be THE trend in chocolate this year. Yep, that's right, chocolate has a specific style just like fashion. And apparently putting hot peppers into chocolate is the fashion. We've seen it in all sorts - chocolate bars, hot chocolate....and you know what? It's delicious.

I prefer the tea leaves in chocolate though :)
