I've been doing Lucid Dreaming since I was about 8 years old and was having a series of recurring nightmares. Grandma taught me how to turn a nightmare into "an adventure dream" by changing one or two small details. I never realised until much later that not everyone can do this.
I give up on the ones that are stressful; the ones where everything is going wrong and I can't do anything right. I've had that feeling in waking life enough to not want to deal with it in my dreams.
But speaking of dreams, I think you were in one of my dreams last night. Belle and I were in a supermarket (one of my dream locations, like a stage set). We were checking out the whole bean coffee but I had to move so some random guy could get to it. You were a couple of aisles over, showing me your new laptop while she was getting some beans. Then you and I were outside on a sort of loading dock.
There was a large machine off to the side and piles of different supermarket products nearby. We were talking about how all these products were made up of the same four chemicals and you were pointing out the ones that you and your family ate.

I have an active and bizarre dream life.
