If you are talking to Tom any time soon send him our thanks again for those prayer books. They really added to the event chanting hateful prayers at the Prisoner for example.

Three of my friends were monstering this event and I'd arranged to meet them at TORM. Naturally, I greeted them with a hearty shout of 'The Emperor Protects!' to which they replied 'He totally doesn't!'

From the ensuing anecdotes, it sounds like it was a great laugh and included plenty of helpings of my favourite word in larp: consequences.

It was the bomb. Tons of great rolepolay, scary as hell fights and fantastic looking kit and set peices bits due to candelston being a great backfdrop.

He's fine now, thanks! Just was feeling pretty lousy on Friday, and not up to sleeping in a tent all weekend. But yes, better now :)
