Someone who emailed into the Guardian made the point that in almost all of his predictions (maybe it was all but one? Can't remember), he chose the one on his left [our right]. So it could be just a waterflow in his tank that makes him settle there, or his handler has realized this and is placing the boxes accordingly.

I'm grasping at straws here, but seriously, ACK.
