Yeah, Stan would hit on Enj, but not right off the bat, unless Enjolras was genderswapped, in which case yeah there's nothin' stopping Stan. XD; Enj has the "ZOMG JUSTICE" thing going for him, and while Stan thinks that's the stupidest set of ideals in the world, he also loves to flirt with you justice-types. Mostly 'cause he's not supposed to. So yes, most of the reason why Stan would hit on Enj is because he can piss Enj off. |D And if your icons don't lie and Enj is blond, that's an extra bonus. Blonds and redheads all the way. XD;
Hm... this one's actually kind of tough! Stan thinks Ying's all right sometimes, but they don't interact much... But I think I have to go with no, mostly because Ying is pretty obviously not interested in Stan in any way, which is a big ol' turn-off for him. And she's all mature and stuff, and doesn't hit his other pings except for being a good-looking woman, so. If she made any advances at him though, he would return them. XD

So Buffy hits all the things Stan looks for except for the tiny little detail of the fact that she is very much with Kon. XD Which means her taste in men is obviously terrible and she'd have no interest in Stan who is obviously the most handsome man EVER. So, um. XD He'd probably still hit on her, but in the very unlikely occurrence that he had the opportunity to, I dunno, do something like kiss her? It'd be a no-go because omg you date Kon eeeew where has your mouth been o_o
Kisa is automatic no due to age. Stan is pretty much robbing the cradle no matter what, being 300 years old and all, but he does have some standards. ^_~ Now, if she were 20 or something? He probably _would_ hit on her. She's cute, the orange hair's nice, and she's all shy and probably has one of those utterly comfy shadows. But right now it's a no.
Simon~ is also a no. XD Stan could hit on a woman with that personality, but not a man. ^_~ If he did hit on Simon it would only be to piss him off.
