There are loopholes to the National Do Not Call: Non & Not For Profits, Political Groups, any company you have done business with in the past three years, all of them can get around the national do not call. Not only that, but many magazine subscriptions and other contracts open up loopholes. The one loophole you have in your favor is that telemarketers can not call non-residential or business lines
