Curiousity, mostly? Finding out what my friends consider to be "naked"

ah, fair enough. Honestly my definition of naked is fairly context specific. Some days, I have all my clothes on, but no watch.......i feel naked.

Don't be silly. Naked = no clothes. No pants != no clothes. One might still be wearing, say, a shirt.

Although I suppose if one is wearing only a pair of socks I would have to concede them as naked.

Fine, wake the writer why don't you?

What I would actually say is probably more like, "Naked but for a pair of socks". But I am much more unlikely to say something like, "Naked but for a dress shirt" (pleasing as an image that just appeared in my mind of someone dressed like that may be).

Sweetling, that's part of my *job*. Poking writers is fun.

But thank you for the clarification.

Of course not. Pants are only *one* option in clothing oneself. Therefore, their presence or absence makes no real quantitative difference.

(The word "pants" makes for a mildly amsuing parlour game, however ...)

You replace one word from any "Star Wars" line with the word "pants."

Examples:
"We are not afraid of your sorcerer's pants, Lord Vader."
"You came in those pants? You're braver than I thought."
"These aren't the pants you're looking for."
