-It was almost so sudden, her being so close. He still hadn't fully reined his telepathy in, and at that proximity, all of her thoughts seemed to hit him like a flash flood. He grabbed his head, recoiling from her as he tried to get control of his mind.- SoclosesomanytoomuchIcant... argh!

-it had only taken him a second to adjust, to pull his powers back into his own head, but it felt like an eternity. Exhaustion was clealy evident in his stance, his labored breathing, but most visibly on his face. How did he still find the enrgy to stand?-

I... sorry... I didn't epect you to answer so quick. Caught me a little off guard there.

Don't mean to bother you. I was... kinda in the neighborhood and... I'm sorry, I just... you're the only one I can talk to about this... Can I come in?
