I'm not even remotely certain how I feel about this. On one hand ... beets. Resting smoothly and sweetly on the other hand ... chocolate.

Oh wait! Ambivalent. That's how I feel about this.

so it's kinda like chocolate zuchini bread....you don't taste the veggies at all. Still not sure I'll make it, simply because that's a butt-load of work for something you don't taste! *lol*

On the other hand, I might have to test it and see if it would make the cut for offer-able cakes...hrmmm...

The rational part of my brain says, "Sure. Why not? There's carrot cake and beets are sweet too, so it could be tasty with chocolate."
But, I dunno. There's another part that's thinking, "Is this another trick, like trying to convince people carob is just like chocolate? Nononono."

Carrots are much more present in their cake. You'd never know there was anything unusual going on here.
