Exactly, i couldn't quite adequately explain exactly how and why I enjoyed this fic. I had a migraine at the time but the fic and stumbling upon HP and the Order of the Phoenix on tv helped.

PS-Do you write Second Life? Because I am so enamored with that story. It's how the books should have went.

I would love to see that list. I love SS/HG but I'm intersted in branching out. I already have to Lucius/Hermione and Snape/Lily. But I'm so new to the fandom that I'm so behind on stories!

I'll have to second this rec. Seeing the conflict in Severus as he grew up with the losses and hatred is painful, but delightfully done in this fic.

This was great. One of the best Lily and Snape fics I’ve read. I wish there were more like this, and I’m not talking about the lemons, but that this give a back-story of what could have happen. Stories like this make canon even more powerful.

Yes exactly. The lemons were neccessary as part of the plot but the story on a whole fleshed out so much.

I prefer to believe that my darling Snape did get some type of revenge over on Potter like this!

I agree. Many times lemons are there for the reader’s pleasure, but I really don’t see how this story would have worked without them.

*wipes forehead* I'm so glad so many people like it. I was hoping I wouldn't come off as a freak lol. I like dark fics. I haven't read a lot of Lily Evans fics, this one was quite wonderful. I like to see many aspects to Snape's personality. There was a reason he became a death eater.

Of course I think I could only deal with Lily/SS or maybe Lily/Lucius (which I have never found one of, I think that it would be an intersting concept)

I'll stop babbling now.

Well, you know, store that Lily/Lucius idea away for now because at the beginning of September I think we're going to kick off a fest/exchange, and we'll be looking for rarepairs like that as prompts! ;-)
