Well, I tried bemoan but I can't say that I liked this as much as you did. I did like the author's characterization of Ron. I don't think she characterized Luna at all other than exactly as she is in canon so therefore the author gave me no reason to see it as plausible that she would suggest Ron kiss her! (But then JK Rowling gave little more reason than this as to why Ron would want to kiss Hermoine and Rowling had 7 books to establish that....) And frankly, I was relieved that the secondary ships were onlt given a passing mention.
I cannot imagine how anyone could make me "buy" a romance between Snape/ any student. We arrest teachers for this in the US ..........

I did put the secondary ships, because I know many people don’t like the SS/HG or HP/DM. And yes I know teachers get arrested for having relationships with their students in real life.
